How To Make High Protein, Super Nutritious & Delicious Pancakes & Waffles

High Protein Coconut Almond Superfood Pancake and Waffle Recipe

Here’s my favorite recipe for delicious and nutritious High Protein Coconut Almond Superfood Pancakes and Waffles.


  • 1 cup of Superfood Protein Mix (Coconut Almond)
  • 1 cup of Superfood Macaroon Mix (Coconut Almond)
  • 1 scoop of P4 – Peak Performance Plant Protein (Coconut Almond)
  • 2-4 eggs (vegans can substitute cold-milled flax or chia seeds; use 1 tablespoon of ground seeds to 3 tablespoons of water and whisk until it’s gelatinous)
  • Approximately 3-4 oz. of liquid (Almond or Coconut Milk, or water)
  • Optional: Favorite pancake mix (for texture and structure)

Pancake Instructions:

  1. Add the following ingredients to a blender or mixing bowl:
    • Superfood Protein Mix (Coconut Almond)
    • Superfood Macaroon Mix (Coconut Almond)
    • P4 – Peak Performance Plant Protein (Coconut Almond)
    • Eggs or vegan substitute
    • Liquid (Almond or Coconut Milk, or water)
    • Optional: Favorite pancake mix
  2. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Allow the mixture to set for 30-60 seconds.
  4. Check the consistency and thickness. Add more liquid sparingly if needed.
  5. Pour onto a preheated griddle or pan.
  6. Cook until the pancakes are done and hold together properly.
  7. Optional: Use your favorite pancake mix for added texture and structure.

Waffle Instructions:

  1. Use the same mix ratios as for pancakes.
  2. Pour the mixture into your waffle iron / maker.
  3. Cook until the waffles are done.

Note: Making pancakes and waffles may require some experimentation to find the right ratios and cooking techniques for your preferences.
